Pistachio-coloured moulds for Lego blocks with length cutters
We don’t even know where we should start with this post! Should we tell you about where the big batch of Lego blocks is going to? Or should we start with announcing the new colour option? Or should it be about unusual application of Lego blocks?
Well, we’ll start with the colour. At our customer’s request, we changed our signature blue colour to the pistachio and olive one. Why not? We at M-Konstruktor care about any of your wishes.
Using individual drawings of concrete products, we have designed and manufactured moulds for blocks with the dimensions of 240*40*30 and 240*60*40 cm equipped with length cutters for adjustment to different lengths, as well as two radial moulds with the dimensions of 160*40*30 cm. Radial-type Lego blocks are used for the shaping of corners of a building at the desired angle.
The delivery package also includes magnetic steel loopers. They are attached to the steel mould with the help of magnets (2 for each), forming a loop hole in the course of the moulding of the product. In the future, this hole will be used to conveniently grab and move the blocks.
We have written many times that Lego blocks are convenient and easy to use, as they do not require glue and additional masonry mortars. However, these moulds will be used for the production of reinforced concrete products for the construction of one-storey residential buildings. The customer lays an insulation layer when forming the Lego blocks and also uses special concrete and masonry mortar for stronger bonding of the bricks and elimination of gaps.
As you can see, Lego blocks are a universal building material for the construction of objects for various purposes.
P.S. We were so into telling you about our moulds that we forgot to tell you about the long way our moulds will have to travel to get to sunny Uzbekistan. We are waiting for your feedback and pictures of finished blocks!
